Be The Orchestrator Of REAL Change In Your World

Photo by Kyle Glenn on Unsplash
Orchestrated change fails not because of lack of passion, determination or intelligence but because of our individual and collective orientation to the past, to what we already know and believe to be true. It fails because of our inherent efficiency as humans to base our responses and actions on embedded sense making patterns.

Purposeful change succeeds when we respond from our connectedness to ALL THAT IS possible and from our ability to dynamically evolve our sense making from the future that is emerging in the moment.

To change from a reality that we do not want to one that we do requires us individually and collectively to disengage from our embedded patterns of understanding and sense making, to sit in the space of ALL THAT IS and cultivate a quality of inner spaciousness to listen to the whisper of the emergent future.

After 30+ years in the transformation business – systems, structures and people I have distilled my knowledge into a model that guarantees REAL change, change that nourishes the individual, fosters flourishing relationships, promotes thriving communities and is the foundation for business in service to sustainability, re-invention and regeneration.

It is a model that serves the agenda of connectedness and heart centred creation:

* Based on our human capacity for developmental learning and our capacity to imagine.

* requires no special training or upskilling

* makes for an effortless shift from reactionary to creative responses in all areas of life the more it is used and applied

* can be applied at the individual, group and collective level.

* provides immediate insights and results can be apparent in as little as a couple of hours.

The model is based on my study and experience of structural dynamics, hermetic philosophy, alchemy, intuition and business transformation methodologies e.g. Agile, Lean sigma, Theory U, Systems Thinking.

There are no intellectual property or trademark restrictions and although there is no training required as such to use the model it’s efficacy and the integrity of results are inextricably linked to the interior quality of the Teacher, Leader, Coach or Facilitator – their level of self-awareness, self-responsibility, self-mastery and their agenda of intention.
The quality of change – or not – is a direct reflection of the quality of s/he who orchestrates that change. Whether the reality that is created is the desired outcome or not it becomes the starting point for the next iteration of creation and the teacher for the student who wants to learn.
The key themes of the model are:
1. Inner Sense
2. Structural Integrity
3. Creative Tension
4. Devotional Action
5. Learning & Adjusting
6. Leveraging Momentum

100 Days Of Awe: Day Twenty Six – Carry On Alchemy

Day 26: Carry On Alchemy

IMAG3978100% Chocolate Brownie

The day after the finale of our Alchemy 4 Success intensive.  There is a mind expanding silence in this space of assimilation.  Each of us silently sliding back into the orbits of our lives but not the same as when we left.  I want to be alert and aware, conscious and cognizant; assidiously observing what is coming up for me as I re enter the cacophony of life, to see the flickering shadows of the concepts and definitions I project on to the wall of the world knowing they are not true and then proactively switch the power in my subconscious mind.  The intention is to embody the practise of alchemy and master the art of conscious creation.

When I step beyond the veil I can delight in what captures my innocent eye, often it is the simplest of things like the wrapper of this raw chocolate brownie, drawing me into blue sky and sea salt.  I savour and taste its richness gliding deliciously out of Brighton on its nourishment quietly observing the spirit level of power, and bouncing over the glitches of irritation and annoyance that pick up charge as I get closer to London.  I want the rhythm of the wheels on the track to tattoo their message on my soul ‘carry on alchemy, carry on alchemy, carry on alchemy…..’

100 Days of Awe is a playful project I set up to bring my attention to awe in my daily life. I see awe as wonder, a mixture of amazement and respect.  I expect the experience of awe to be about perception shifting awareness and that demands a reframing of some sort.  I am excited to see what will awe me on this journey.

100 Days Of Awe: Day Twenty Three – The Dark Side Of My Heart

Day 23: The Dark Side Of My Heart

IMAG3897My Shadow on The Pond, Bore Place

Day 3 of Alchemy 4 Success with William Whitecloud at Commonwork organic farm, Bore Place, Edenbridge, Kent and we are exploring the raw material of alchemy; the negredo, the lead, our egos.  Plato said that humans sit around in a cave with their backs to the fire mistaking themselves for the shadows on the walls.  We are looking at the distinction between this shadow – the projection our belief system on to life so that we can be oriented and know what life is about – and the dark side of our hearts which reflects the aspects of ourselves that MUST NOT exist in the world, the parts of us that threaten our viability.  Two aspects of ourselves which limit and sabotage our ability to create if we are not aware of them but which become the lead which we can transform to gold.

We continue to apply intuitive tools to peel away the layers of the onion. My shadow self carrys a burden of guilt and shame coupled with an innate sense of panic as I feel I dont have the resources or capability to deal with life.  My dark side is Thor the warrior, an Indian War Chief with a shamanic heart and a lust for life and the truth, who takes no prisoners, who can be present with all that life is, in the mystery and the uncertainty of it, with the rawness of life and death. It is awesome and beautiful but I can see how I avoid to stand in life in that way, claiming my power makes me my own authority.  Then I have accept full responsibility for my actions and what I create as well as running the risk not getting out alive.  Which of course is the ultimate delusion.
